Great Room
The 20 x 25 foot great room of the house includes a compact kitchen with a built-in, under counter refrigerator, in-wall audio and video wiring for clean installation of a killer stereo system, a ceiling-mounted television, and a wall of sliding glass doors for an uninterrupted view of the water. Shove the furniture to the walls and you'll have enough space for an impromptu dance floor or a small photography studio.

Guest Washroom
Right off of the main room is a small guest washroom with a toilet, cool industrial sink, and stainless steel mirror. The power tool yellow color of the walls never fails to start a conversation.

Mezzanine & Catwalk
After climbing up the ship's ladder you arrive at the mezzanine with enough space for a small office complete with desk and a separate station for printing and scanning. The mezzanine also provides access to the master bedroom suite and a catwalk that leads to the outside upper deck.

Master Bedroom Suite
The master bedroom suite consists of a 11x12 bedroom, walk-in closet with built-in storage, and a full bathroom with shower tub. The bedroom features custom window treatments and an additional built-in storage cabinet. The walk-in closet includes a fold-away ironing board and a hamper drawer. The bathroom comes equipped with a built-in heater for cold mornings, and a ceiling night light for those early morning wake up calls.

Recording Studio
The soundproof recording studio designed by Charles Salter & Associates is basically a room built within a room. The entire floor of the inner room rests on industrial rubber mounts to isolate vibration. With the studio doors closed you can lay into a drum solo any time you want and your neighbors will still talk about what a quiet neighbor you are. (Instruments and recording gear not included—but you knew that.)

Upper & Lower Decks
The upper deck is great for catching the annual fireworks shows on July 4th, or just watching the Snowy White Egrets, Great Blue Herons, and occasional harbor seal cruise the creek. The lower deck's faucet helps make it a good place for a container garden, and the deck railing is split in the middle to allow access to a small motorboat or sailboat if you care to explore the local waterways.

Below-Deck Storage
The basement is 20 feet wide by about 25 feet long, with a ceiling height of a little over 5 ½ feet: Plenty of storage for you and a good chunk of your extended family.
